- IP Address: Your device's IP address is automatically logged by our servers for basic connectivity. We do not actively monitor, store long-term, or analyze IP addresses.

To be completely transparent, here's what we do NOT collect or store:
- We do NOT collect your name, email address, or personal contact information
- We do NOT store payment information (this is handled securely by Meta - see Section 4)
- We do NOT track your gameplay behavior or statistics
- We do NOT collect device information beyond what's automatically provided by Meta Quest
- We do NOT record or store voice chat conversations (see Section 3)
- We do NOT collect location data
2. How We Use Your Information
The minimal information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:
2.1 User ID
- Identify you within the game to maintain your account
- Enable multiplayer functionality and connect you with other players
- Process in-app purchases (handled by Meta's payment system)
2.2 IP Address
- Establish network connection to our game servers
- Enable real-time multiplayer gameplay
- Basic server operation and connectivity
We do not use your information for: Marketing, advertising, analytics, profiling, or any other purposes beyond basic game functionality.
3. Voice Chat and Microphone Access

When you first use Onke, we will request permission to access your device's microphone. This permission is only used for real-time voice chat. You can deny this permission, but voice chat features will not be available.
3.2 How Voice Chat Works
- Real-Time Only: Your voice is transmitted in real-time directly to other players in your game session
- No Recording: We do NOT record, store, or save your voice chat conversations
- No Server Storage: Voice data is transmitted through our servers for connectivity purposes only and is immediately discarded
- Temporary Processing: Voice data exists only during the live transmission and is never saved to any database or storage system
3.3 Voice Chat Controls
You have full control over voice chat:
- Toggle voice chat on/off at any time
- Mute individual players
- Adjust voice chat volume
- Report players who violate community guidelines
4. In-App Purchases
4.1 Payment Processing
Onke offers in-app purchases for additional content or features. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Meta Quest's secure payment system.
This means:
- We do NOT collect payment information: Your credit card, billing address, or any payment details are never transmitted to or stored by Onke
- Meta handles all transactions: All payment processing, storage, and security is managed by Meta's payment platform
- We only receive confirmation: When you make a purchase, we only receive confirmation from Meta that the transaction was completed, along with your User ID to apply the purchase to your account
4.2 Purchase Records
We maintain a minimal record of purchases to:
- Verify that you own the content you purchased
- Prevent duplicate purchases
- Provide customer support for purchase-related issues
These records contain only your User ID and what items were purchased - no payment information.
4.3 Refunds and Purchase Issues
For any refund requests or payment issues, please contact Meta Quest support directly, as they handle all payment processing. For issues with receiving purchased content in-game, you can contact us at boohoovr@gmail.com.
5. Data Storage and Security
5.1 What We Store
The only data we store is:
- Your Meta Quest User ID
- Record of in-app purchases (User ID + items purchased)
- Temporary IP address logs for active connections

8. Data Deletion - How to Delete Your Data

All users have the right to request deletion of their data at any time, regardless of geographic location.
We make it easy to delete your data. Here's how:
8.1 How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Email Request (Recommended)
Send an email to boohoovr@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your Meta Quest username or User ID (if known)
- A statement that you wish to delete your account and all associated data
- Any additional information that helps us identify your account (such as approximate date you started playing)
Option 2: Discord Support
Contact our support team on Discord at discord.gg/9RJdns6fTt and request data deletion. Our moderators will assist you with the process.
8.2 What Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will permanently delete:
- Your User ID from our systems
- Purchase records associated with your account
- Any IP address logs associated with your User ID
Important Note: Purchase records maintained by Meta Quest for their payment processing system are controlled by Meta and subject to their privacy policy. We can only delete the purchase data stored on our servers.
8.3 Data Deletion Timeline
- Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your deletion request within 3 business days
- Processing: Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days
- Confirmation: You will receive confirmation when deletion is complete
8.4 Effect of Data Deletion
After your data is deleted:
- You will no longer be able to access Onke with that account
- Any purchased content will be lost (cannot be recovered)
- You can create a new account if you wish to play again in the future
9. Data Retention
We retain your minimal data only as long as necessary:
9.1 Retention Periods
- User ID: Retained while you actively use the game and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request
- Purchase Records: Retained for up to 7 years for accounting and tax purposes, or deleted upon request (whichever comes first)
- IP Address Logs: Automatically deleted within 30 days of collection
- Voice Chat Data: Never stored - transmitted in real-time only
9.2 Automatic Deletion
IP address logs are automatically deleted after 30 days without any action required from you.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
- Notify you in-game or through our Discord community if changes are significant
- Give you the opportunity to review the updated policy
